What are business documents and why do they matter?
Business documents are the written material a company is assessed on before anyone meets it. Capability statements, Safe Work Method Statements, WHS policies, tender responses and operations manuals all fall into this group.

Most Australian businesses already do the work well. What loses them contracts is the paperwork sitting behind it. A head contractor requesting a SWMS and a capability statement is making a decision on the documents alone. If they look thrown together in Word, that becomes the impression of the business.

The studio writes and designs these documents as a coordinated set, so a client, a head contractor or a procurement panel sees one consistent business rather than six unrelated files.

How long does a business document take?
Most single documents are drafted within 5 to 7 working days of the brief being approved.
Coordinated sets of four or more documents usually run 10 to 14 days.
The clock starts once you have sent your source material. If content is still being gathered on your end, that time sits outside the estimate.

Do I need to write the content myself?
No. Copywriting is included as standard. You send whatever exists, which can be old documents,
a website, dot points or a phone conversation typed up, and the studio writes from that.
Nothing gets invented. If a claim cannot be verified against what you have supplied, it does not go in the document.

Can you match our existing branding?
Yes. Send your logo files and a brand guide if you have one. If you do not have a guide, the studio works from your existing website and printed material to keep the documents consistent with everything else.

Do you work with businesses outside Victoria?
Yes. The studio is based in Bendigo and works with clients in every state. All work is delivered in writing, so location makes no difference to the process or the timeline.
