By using this website, submitting an enquiry, approving a quote, signing a client agreement or making payment for a service, you agree to the applicable terms below.

1. About NK Collective

NK Collective provides creative, digital and business support services to businesses and professionals across Australia.

Service availability, pricing, inclusions and timeframes may vary depending on individual project requirements.

 

2. Quotes & Project Scope

All projects are completed according to the written quote or agreed project scope provided before work begins.

If additional work is requested outside the agreed scope, NK Collective may provide an additional quote or fee before completing that work.

Quotes may include specific inclusions, revision rounds and estimated turnaround times relevant to the individual project.

 

3. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project based services require:

50% payment upfront before work begins
50% payment on completion before final files or deliverables are released

Social media services, including social media content creation, management, scheduling and advertising services, require full payment upfront before work begins.

Website subscriptions, domains, hosting, advertising spend, printing, paid software, stock assets and other third party expenses are not included unless specifically stated in the quote.

 

4. Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

A project can be cancelled before work begins by contacting NK Collective in writing.

Once work has commenced, deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable to the extent that they cover work already completed, time allocated to the project and reasonable costs incurred.

If work completed at the time of cancellation exceeds the amount already paid, the client may be invoiced for the outstanding work completed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, files, content, access details, approvals and feedback required to complete their project.

Clients must have permission to use any logos, photographs, written content, branding or other material they provide to NK Collective.

Delays in receiving information, feedback or approvals may affect the original project timeframe.

 

6. Revisions & Final Approval

Any revisions or touch ups included in a project will be outlined in the agreed quote or scope.

Additional changes or work outside the original scope may incur an additional fee.

Clients are responsible for reviewing drafts carefully before final approval, including names, contact details, spelling, figures, dates, links and other supplied information.

 

7. Results & Third Party Platforms

While NK Collective aims to provide professional and effective work, specific business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

This includes search engine rankings, website traffic, enquiries, sales, advertising performance, social media reach, followers or other results influenced by external platforms, algorithms, competitors or market conditions.

NK Collective is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, software changes or other issues caused by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or other external providers.

 

8. Website Use

You may browse and use this website for lawful personal or business purposes.

You must not attempt to damage, interfere with, copy, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

Information on this website may be updated, changed or removed without notice.

 

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the NK Collective name, branding, website design, written content, graphics and other original material displayed on this website belong to NK Collective and must not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Client work displayed in the portfolio remains subject to the rights of the relevant client and NK Collective where applicable.

Final project ownership and editable-file inclusions are determined by the individual project scope and full payment of all outstanding amounts.

This website may contain links to third party websites or services. NK Collective does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

 

11. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantees automatically apply to eligible goods and services, including requirements around due care and skill and fitness for purpose.
