Quotes and Proposals

If project requirements change after work has commenced, additional charges may apply and a revised quote may be provided.

Quotes do not include additional work unless specifically stated.

 

Deposits and Payments

Some projects require a deposit before work begins.

Deposits secure project scheduling and allow work to commence.

Remaining balances are payable according to the agreed payment schedule.

Projects may involve third-party services including hosting providers, domain registrars, advertising platforms, Canva, Google Workspace or social media platforms.

NK Collective is not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policy updates made by these external providers.

 

Website Services

Where websites are developed, clients remain responsible for ongoing hosting, domain renewals, platform subscriptions and third-party licensing fees unless included in a separate maintenance agreement.

 

Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, completed work and time already invested may be charged.

Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started.

 

Limitation of Liability

While NK Collective takes reasonable care in delivering high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, advertising performance or financial results.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided where permitted by Australian law.

 

Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly, however uninterrupted access cannot always be guaranteed due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Governing Law
