The Project

The client required a complete government job application for an APS Level 6 position within a highly competitive recruitment process. Their existing resume contained strong clinical, technical and leadership experience, but the document needed a clearer structure, stronger positioning and more targeted language to demonstrate suitability for a senior government role.

The application also required a tailored cover letter and supporting statements addressing the advertised criteria. Each document needed to present the client’s experience consistently while meeting the expectations of Australian Public Service recruitment. 

The overall goal was to create a professional application pack that clearly communicated transferable skills, leadership capability, technical knowledge and experience working within complex, regulated environments.

What We Delivered
