The Project

Air On Temp engaged NK Collective to create a complete corporate documentation suite that reflected the professionalism of its HVAC and labour hire services. The business required more than a collection of generic templates. Each document needed to be practical, clearly structured and visually consistent with the company’s established branding.

The objective was to replace outdated or inconsistent documents with a cohesive suite that could be used across daily operations, staff management, workplace safety and client communication. The documents also needed to remain fully editable so the Air On Temp team could update project details, employee information and operational requirements as the business continued to grow.

Because the company operates within industries where safety, compliance and professional presentation are essential, the documentation needed to balance visual design with clear and functional business content.

What We Delivered

NK Collective designed and formatted a complete range of branded corporate documents for Air On Temp. The suite included a professional capability statement, Safe Work Method Statements, Work Health and Safety documentation, toolbox talk templates, training records and supporting operational forms.

The capability statement was developed to clearly present the company’s services, experience, values and business capabilities to prospective commercial clients. It created a professional document that could be used when responding to enquiries, approaching contractors or preparing submissions for new work opportunities.

Safety and compliance templates were structured to make important workplace information easy to locate and complete. Logical sections, clear headings, editable fields, tables and record keeping areas were incorporated throughout the suite so staff could use each document efficiently without compromising presentation.

Design & Development

The corporate documentation suite was designed around Air On Temp’s existing brand identity, including its dark blue colour palette, logo and professional visual style. Consistent typography, page layouts, headings and footer details were applied across every template to ensure the documents felt connected.

Each document was created from the ground up with close attention to readability, practical use and visual hierarchy. Complex safety information was organised into clear sections so employees, supervisors and contractors could identify responsibilities, hazards, control measures and required actions quickly.

The documents were also designed to remain suitable for both digital use and printing. Editable content areas allow the business to reuse the templates across different projects, employees and workplace situations while maintaining a consistent professional appearance.

This approach created a scalable corporate document system rather than a collection of unrelated files.

The Outcome

The completed documentation suite provided Air On Temp with a professional set of business resources that could be used across workplace safety, staff training, operational administration and commercial proposals.
