The Brief
Design support for fast-moving aviation marketing
AVMIN works across private, corporate and resource sector aviation, with a dedicated events arm under the same group.
Their marketing needs range from short-notice empty leg flight promotions through to event charters and major infrastructure proposals. The challenge was creating aviation marketing material that could be produced quickly while maintaining a consistent, professional brand.
The Work
Empty leg promotions were developed as a repeatable social media design system, with clear space for routes, dates, pricing, aircraft imagery and required disclaimers.
AFL and NRL event charter flyers carried more detailed information including flight times, inclusions, pricing, booking details and partner branding, structured for quick scanning.
The AVMIN Events sub-brand also received a flexible logo suite for premium print, digital and photography-based applications.
Corporate presentation covers, including infrastructure proposals such as the Dysart Aerodrome Redevelopment submission, extended the same visual identity into professional aviation documents.
The Result
AVMIN now has a consistent aviation design system covering social media promotions, event charter marketing, branding and corporate presentation material.
Repeatable templates support faster campaign delivery while the broader brand system maintains a polished and professional appearance across higher-value client and stakeholder communications.
