Air On Temp Corporate Documentation Suite

A professionally branded suite of business, safety and compliance documents designed to support daily operations, workplace requirements and commercial growth.

The Brief
One business, multiple professional documents

Air On Temp provides commercial HVAC installation, maintenance and repair services across Greater Sydney, including VRV and VRF systems, refrigeration, pipework and specialised mechanical services..
This included a capability statement for clients and contractors, alongside SWMS, WHS and toolbox talk documentation used for site safety, compliance and record keeping.

Approach
One consistent document system
A coordinated visual system was created using Air On Temp’s existing navy, blue and white branding across covers, headings, tables, icons, footers and document controls. Each document was designed around its specific purpose. The capability statement focused on services, experience and commercial credibility, while safety documents prioritised clear hazard controls, risk ratings, responsibilities and emergency information.
Document numbers, issue dates, review dates and approval information were also formatted consistently across the suite to support ongoing document management.

Key Documents

The 7-page capability statement presents Air On Temp’s company profile, services, project experience, safety commitments and commercial HVAC capabilities in a professional client-facing format.
The 11-page Safe Work Method Statement structures risk assessments, high-risk construction activities, hazard controls, pre-start requirements and emergency procedures into clear, practical sections.
A 5-page WHS Policy and 2-page Toolbox Talk Record extended the same branding into workplace safety, internal communication and site record keeping.

Outcome

A complete corporate and safety documentation suite Air On Temp finished the project with a consistent set of professional business documents supporting both new business opportunities and everyday project operations. The completed suite gives the company a unified presentation across capability statements, HVAC safety documentation, WHS policies and site records without compromising the practical purpose of each document.

Frequently asked Questions

Can existing business documents be redesigned without rewriting everything?

Yes. Existing content can be reorganised and professionally formatted while preserving the business’s original policies, procedures and technical information. Where content requires legal or WHS advice, it should still be reviewed by an appropriately qualified person.

Why should safety documents match the company branding?

Consistent branding makes documents easier to identify and presents the business more professionally to clients, workers and contractors. The branding should support the content rather than making functional documents harder to use.

Can additional documents be added to the suite later?

Yes. Once the document system has been established, new policies, registers, forms and corporate material can follow the same headings, colours, controls and page structure without starting again.
