Stretch Works Rebrand & Marketing

Ongoing branding, social media, marketing and document design support delivered as part of the business’s wider rebrand.

The Brief
Introducing a service many people have never tried

Stretch Works is a Melbourne studio offering personalised assisted stretching, with sessions based on movement assessment, flexibility goals and ongoing progress tracking.
The challenge was educating people about what assisted stretching actually involves while building a professional brand that could compete with larger franchise operators.

Approach
Educate first, then make booking easy

The existing brand was refreshed to create a more polished identity while maintaining familiarity for existing clients.
Social media content focused on assisted stretching, flexibility, mobility, progress tracking and what clients could expect from regular sessions.
Promotional and seasonal content supported appointment bookings, while a double-sided flyer provided a practical local marketing tool for surrounding Melbourne suburbs.
Print and digital assets were created within the same visual system to keep the brand consistent across every customer touchpoint.

Outcome
A stronger brand built for education and growth

Stretch Works finished the project with a refreshed brand, professional marketing materials and an ongoing social media content system.
Educational content helps introduce assisted stretching to new audiences while promotional content supports bookings and ongoing brand awareness.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you market a service people have not heard of?
You explain it before you sell it. In a new category most of the content budget goes on answering what the service is and what it does, because differentiation only matters once someone understands what they are choosing between.

Can you refresh a brand without starting from scratch?
Often that is the better option. If existing clients already recognise you, throwing everything out costs recognition you have paid for. A refresh keeps the equity and fixes the execution.

Do you keep producing content after a rebrand?
Yes, and it is usually where the value is. A new logo does very little on its own. Ongoing content is what puts it in front of people often enough to be remembered.
