Terms & Conditions

By engaging NK Collective, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work commences. The remaining balance must be paid prior to final files, website transfer or project handover.

Refunds
Due to the time, planning and digital work involved, NK Collective does not offer refunds once work has commenced or deposits have been paid.

Revisions
Projects include revisions as agreed within the original scope of work. Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing required content, feedback, images, logins and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in receiving information may affect project timelines.

Project Scope
Any work requested outside the agreed project scope may require a separate quote or additional task.

Intellectual Property
Final designs and deliverables become the property of the client once full payment has been received. NK Collective reserves the right to display completed work within portfolios,
social media and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

Website & Third-Party Services
Clients are responsible for ongoing third-party costs including domains, hosting, subscriptions, apps or platform fees unless otherwise stated.

Liability
NK Collective is not liable for any loss, damages or business interruption resulting from the use of our services, websites or digital platforms.
