About NK Collective

What started as small freelance projects through Airtasker has grown into a full time creative digital studio supporting businesses and individuals across Australia and New Zealand.
 

Before running NK Collective full time, Kayla worked in fast paced retail and customer focused environments while completing freelance projects on the side. As client demand continued to grow and more customers returned for ongoing support, the decision was made to pursue the business full time and build a long term career focused on creativity, flexibility and professional digital support.
 

Today, NK Collective has completed over 1000 projects across websites, branding, social media, resumes, business documents and presentation design, with a strong focus on reliable service, clear communication and creative work that helps businesses stand out online.

After later being diagnosed with Level 2 Autism and Combined ADHD at the age of 29, building a business around structured communication, creativity and flexible ways of working became increasingly important. This is why communication is preferred through email and messaging, helping keep projects organised, efficient and easy to manage for both clients and the business.

Outside of work, Kayla is supported by her wife Nikita and their six fur babies, who are often close by during late night design sessions and creative brainstorming from the home office.
