Why start with an audit?
Because most businesses paying to fix a website or a document set are fixing the wrong thing. A site with no enquiries usually has a specific reason and it is rarely the reason the owner assumed.

An audit is the cheapest way to find out. You get a written report listing what is wrong, ranked by impact, with an estimate of effort against each item.
Some of it you will be able to fix yourself in an afternoon.

There is no obligation attached. If you take the report and hand it to someone else, that is a perfectly reasonable outcome. It is a deliberately low commitment way to work out whether the studio is worth engaging further.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do I actually receive?
A branded PDF report listing what was found, ranked by impact, with an effort estimate against each item. It is written so you can hand it to any developer or designer, not just this studio.

Am I obligated to have you do the fixes?
No. The audit is a standalone deliverable and there is no commitment attached. Plenty of clients action the list themselves. If you do want the studio to carry out the work, the audit fee is credited against the project.

How is this different from a free automated audit?
Automated tools output a score and a list of technical warnings, most of which do not affect whether anyone enquires. A manual audit looks at whether a visitor can tell what you do, whether the next step is obvious and whether the pages target the terms your buyers actually search.

How long does an audit take?
Three to five working days. Access to Google Search Console, Analytics and your Business Profile speeds it up and makes the findings considerably more useful, but the audit can proceed without them.
