Supporting Stretch Works through the launch of its independent brand with customer communications, membership collateral, educational resources, promotional material and ongoing social media content.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Make the change feel like a step forward
The priority was to make the move to Stretch Works read as clear, professional and reassuring to existing customers, while establishing a visual identity the business could keep building on.
The material had to carry very different kinds of information without losing consistency.
Some pieces explained membership structures and pricing. Some were educational. Others were promotional, or designed for interaction on social media.
It also had to work across printed A4 collateral, customer handouts, vouchers, referral forms and social graphics. Rather than treating each item as an isolated design, the aim was enough consistency across typography, colour, imagery and messaging that customers would start recognising Stretch Works wherever they met it.
WHAT WE DELIVERED
The project developed into a substantial suite of branded materials.
Membership collateral included a detailed two page membership guide covering five membership options Power, Performance, Lifestyle, Recovery and Maintenance together with prepaid packs, casual stretching and recovery options.
Educational and service collateral was also created, including a private health rebates guide explaining eligibility, health fund forms and the claiming process, as well as a two page Normatec compression resource covering usage, precautions, potential benefits and frequently asked questions.
Additional customer facing material included a referral program, branded gift voucher, promotional recovery session flyer and supporting pricing material.
The digital side of the project expanded into ongoing social media content, with branded posts covering assisted stretching, recovery, circulation, treatment areas, booking technology, wellbeing tips and lighter engagement focused content.
THE APPROACH
A flexible system rather then a repeated template.
Because the work covered so many different purposes, the design system needed room to move. Detailed customer information was structured around strong headings, clear hierarchy, branded colour blocks and visual separation so longer content stayed easy to scan.
Promotional pieces leaned harder on photography, concise messaging and a clear call to action. Social content was allowed more variation so the feed did not read as the same template repeated indefinitely.
Across all of it, the Stretch Works navy and bright blue palette stayed the visual anchor, supported by consistent logo placement and typography.
THE OUTCOME
Stretch Works was left with much more than a launch announcement.
The project created a growing library of practical brand assets supporting customer communication, memberships, referrals, recovery services, promotions and ongoing social media activity.
Most importantly, the collateral gave the independent Stretch Works brand a consistent foundation across the many different places customers interact with the business.
The ongoing nature of the work also demonstrates the type of support NK Collective provides beyond one off design projects adapting as a client's needs develop and producing new assets that remain aligned with the wider brand.
Ongoing brand and marketing support
The work with Stretch Works continued beyond the initial brand transition as new customer communication and marketing needs emerged.
Rather than starting from scratch each time a new promotion, service or resource was required, the established visual system provided a consistent foundation for future material. This allowed new pieces to be created quickly while still feeling connected to the wider Stretch Works brand.
The ongoing support has included adapting content for different purposes, introducing new service information, creating promotional material and developing social media content as the business continues to grow.
This ongoing relationship also reflects the broader way NK Collective works with businesses supporting the practical day to day materials that come after the initial branding or launch, not only the first set of designs.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What did NK Collective create for Stretch Works?
NK Collective supported Stretch Works through its transition to an independent brand by creating a broad range of branded customer communications and marketing materials. This included launch communications, membership collateral, educational resources, promotional material, referral forms, gift vouchers and ongoing social media content.
Can NK Collective support a business through a rebrand or brand transition?
Yes. We can help businesses carry an existing or newly developed visual identity across the practical materials customers actually see and use. This can include digital content, printed collateral, customer communications, promotional material and ongoing marketing assets.
Can ongoing marketing collateral be created after the initial launch?
Yes. Stretch Works continued to require new materials after the initial brand launch, so the project developed into ongoing design and marketing support. New assets were created as the business introduced new offers, services and customer communications.
