PROJECT OVERVIEW

Turning a distinctive local venue into a stronger digital brand.

The strongest content format was multi photo content, producing 52,706 views and 500 interactions, followed by photo content with 47,925 views and reels with 26,839 views.

The results demonstrate what consistent organic content, strong visual direction and active management can achieve without relying on paid promotion.

Clock & Bull Brewhouse & Kitchen has its own personality, history, food offering and atmosphere, so its online presence needed to communicate far more than opening hours and menu updates.

We developed a visual and content direction built around the venue's black and gold branding, combining food photography, venue imagery, event promotions and storytelling into a more recognisable online presence.

The project extended across the website and social media, creating a consistent customer experience from discovering Clock & Bull online through to exploring the venue, viewing upcoming events and deciding to visit.

THE BRIEF

Create a more professional and active digital presence that actually gets people paying attention.

The goal was to improve how Clock & Bull presented online while building regular visibility around the venue, its food, functions, events and history.

Rather than relying on repetitive promotional graphics, the content needed to feel like the venue itself.

Warm, established, slightly premium and full of character.

The strategy also needed enough variety to keep social media interesting while giving customers multiple reasons to engage with the business.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

A connected website and social media presence built around the venue rather than generic hospitality marketing.

NK Collective delivered website design and responsive presentation across desktop, tablet and mobile alongside ongoing social media management for Facebook and Instagram.

Content included professionally designed carousels, food features, function and event promotions, Father's Day marketing, venue history content, reels, photography based posts and promotional graphics. We also developed and maintained the social media content calendar through Meta Business Suite, allowing content to be planned and scheduled consistently across the month.

The visual direction used Clock & Bull's existing black and gold identity throughout, creating a recognisable style across both website and social media touchpoints.

THE APPROACH

Build recognition first, then give people reasons to keep coming back.

Instead of treating every post as an advertisement, the content strategy was designed around different parts of the customer experience.

Food content helped showcase what people could actually order.

Venue content highlighted the atmosphere and character of Clock & Bull.

Historical storytelling gave the business personality and local relevance.

Functions and events content supported bookings and upcoming opportunities.

Promotional campaigns gave customers timely reasons to visit.

The content mix was then monitored through Meta Business Suite to identify which formats were generating the strongest organic response.

Multi photo content became particularly effective, generating 52,706 views and 500 content interactions during the measured period.
