Wellness with Kirsty is a fitness and wellness business offering group training, personal training, structured challenges, memberships and community based wellness experiences.

As the business expanded, it needed more than individual promotional graphics. It needed practical systems that could support bookings and recurring payments alongside a stronger and more consistent presence across social media.

NK Collective provided ongoing business and creative support across several areas, including payment setup through Stripe, booking system configuration through Setmore, Facebook and Meta Business Suite setup, campaign graphics and supporting client resources.

The result was a more connected setup that made it easier for Kirsty to promote her services, collect payments and manage the client journey.

Wellness with Kirsty was continuing to introduce new services, memberships, fitness challenges and community events.

Each new offer needed to be easy for clients to understand and straightforward to access.

Behind the scenes, the business also needed a practical way to accept recurring membership payments and manage training bookings without relying completely on manual messages.

The creative direction needed to remain recognisable to Kirsty's existing audience, using the playful pink, red and hand drawn visual style that had become part of the Wellness with Kirsty brand.

THE APPROACH

Keeping the systems simple while making the brand feel unmistakably Kirsty.

The project focused on two sides of the business at the same time.

The operational side needed to remove unnecessary administration. Stripe provided a straightforward recurring payment process, while Setmore helped structure bookings and availability.

The creative side needed to remain bright, approachable and community focused.

Rather than turning Wellness with Kirsty into a generic fitness brand, the content retained its distinctive visual personality through playful typography, illustrated elements, bold pinks and reds and informal messaging.

This style was then carried across different campaigns so membership offers, challenges, events and retreats could each have their own message while still clearly belonging to the same business.

THE OUTCOME

A stronger digital foundation for memberships, bookings and ongoing promotion.

Wellness with Kirsty now has a more structured way to promote services and move interested clients towards joining.

Recurring membership payments can be handled through Stripe, while Setmore provides a dedicated booking pathway for training services.

Facebook and Meta Business Suite give the business a central place to manage its social presence, while the expanding collection of branded graphics allows new offers and events to be promoted without starting visually from scratch each time.
